Delivery: Video meting, with a follow-up email or PDF summary including notes, suggestions, and discussed materials .

Development Floor plan
Description: As an architectural assistant, I support the development of the project by helping you with floor plans, sections, elevations, and helping organize costs estimates and visual documentation - always based on the client's or architect's concept.
Delivery: A full technical set including floor plan, basic sections and elevations, layout of spaces, and support with budget sheets. Files are delivered in PDF ad Revit/CAD formats if needed.
Please note: I do not sign or stamp drawings for permits purpose.

Project management (remote)
Description: Remote project follow up from planning to execution, focusing on organization, scheduling, and decision support.
Delivery: Follow up spreadsheet, timeline, periodic videos meeting, and technical support via email or videio throughout the process.
